, including (but not limited to): autism, ADHD, learning differences, intellectual disability, mental health conditions, neurological conditions, mobility limitations, sensory impairments,

About the Role - ICT Support Trainee n
Join an IT team and build foundational tech support skills.
n You will learn to:

Set up devices and user accounts
n
Troubleshoot common software/hardware issues
n
Log and manage support tickets
n
Apply cyber secure practices
n
Communicate clearly with end users
n
n
Qualification:
Nationally recognised IT qualification (e.g., Cert III in Information Technology)
