About the Role
n We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a project team delivering a solar installation package in Victoria.
n The project involves piling and solar panel installation, with electrical works excluded from the scope. With a contract value of approximately $5 million, this is a focused package of works suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on and taking ownership of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of the piling and solar panel installation works.
n
Take ownership of project planning, programming, budget and delivery.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
n
Monitor project progress, costs, quality and safety.
n
Manage project documentation, reporting and commercial requirements.
n
Liaise with the client and key project stakeholders.
n
Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
n
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications,



standards and timeframes.
n
Provide leadership and support to the site-based project team.
n
About You
n
nWe are looking for someone with:n
n
n
Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within construction, civil or renewables.
n
Experience working on solar, piling, civil or similar construction projects highly desirable.
n
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
n
The ability to manage a focused package of works with a hands-on approach.
n
Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, quality and safety.
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously.
n
