As a Disability Support Worker at Nextt, you’ll support people in a shared home to build independence, stay connected and enjoy meaningful everyday experiences. From assisting with daily routines to encouraging participation in activities, you’ll help create a secure, positive and supportive workplace.

We’re looking for a positive, proactive and reliable female Disability Support Worker to join our established team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with open availability who enjoys variety and can work across morning, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts, 7 days a week.

Support includes:
Personal care and continence support
Medication assistance
Manual handling and hoist transfers
Meal preparation and dietary support
Domestic duties and daily routines
Community access and social engagement

Certificates & Licences Required:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate




Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
Australian Driver’s Licence and fully insured vehicle

Pay Rates
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
Base hourly rate: $36.81
Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $41.23
Saturday: $51.54
Sunday: $66.26
Public holiday: $80.99
