About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the showroom's day-to-day performance, with a solid focus on sales, team leadership and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving sales performance and exceeding KPIs
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
Delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience
Building strong customer relationships and maximising sales opportunities
Maintaining premium showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Managing stock, operations and financial performance
Leading by example and creating a positive, high-performance culture
About You
Our client is looking for someone with:
Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
A proven track record in high-ticket or consultative sales, ideally within furniture, homewares or another big-ticket retail setting
A natural sales focus and strong commercial awareness
The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional presentation and a genuine passion for customer service
Flexibility to work Saturdays, with a weekday off
