ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re excited to welcome passionate, customer-focused team members to join our LaCosmetique store at QueensPlaza.

As a Retail Sales & Beauty Advisor, you’ll deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge, and help customers discover the best in K-Beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Create a warm and welcoming environment for every customer
Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products
Demonstrate product features and share skincare and makeup advice
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with beauty trends
Ensure the store is beautifully presented and fully stocked
Assist with stock replenishment and store operations
Support the Store Manager with daily retail and administrative tasks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous retail or beauty sales experience (cosmetics, fashion, or skincare preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills




Ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs in a retail workplace
A passion for beauty and helping customers feel confident
A keen eye for detail and flair for visual merchandising
Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with great teamwork
Must available between Oct and Jan
