A well established Sydney builder is looking to add a Contract Administrator to its team. The business runs a mixed portfolio across commercial, residential and industrial projects, so you are not locked into one sector or tied to one long job.

This is a builder that promotes from within. A number of the current senior staff came through as Contract Administrators and were developed internally, and the same path is on offer here.

The role
• Full contract administration from award through to final account
• Subcontractor procurement, scope writing, letting and management
• Progress claims, variations, extensions of time and head contract administration
• Cost reporting and forecasting alongside the Project Manager
• Managing RFIs, submittals and document control
• Working closely with the site team on programme and delivery

What you will need
• Prior experience as a Contract Administrator with a main contractor
• Exposure to commercial,



residential or industrial projects
• Solid understanding of AS contracts, subcontract letting and variations
• Confident with procurement, cost control and reporting
• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related qualification
• Robust communication skills with subcontractors, consultants and clients
