We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor who thrives in a rapid paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role you will lead and inspire our Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding and unforgettable moments for our guests

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead by example to deliver warm, skilled service across our restaurants, bar, and events spaces.
Oversee our daily F&B; operations as required.
Collaborate with our kitchen and conference and events sales team.
Assist in training, and mentoring new and existing team members.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across outlets.
Ensure guests’ dietary and allergen requirements are met with care and accuracy.
Assist in creating and implementing cutting-edge F&B; promotions and champion upselling.
Monitor stock control and breakage reporting.
