Job Description
As a Personal Care Worker at our Cranbourne North village, you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is wide-ranging and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.
What you will do:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living and wellbeing
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create a vibrant, protected, and welcoming community
Support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in line with Summerset’s values
This is a casual position, working on an as-needed basis.
We're seeking team members who are available to cover afternoon shifts (2:45pm to 10:00pm) and night shifts (9:45pm to 7:15am).
