Mezzalira is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Wait Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team in Braddon. We have both casual and part-time positions available, offering excellent flexibility and a vibrant, supportive environment where you can deliver outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests warmly, managing table turnover and processing payments.
Take orders accurately, maintaining strong knowledge of our menu, specials, and allergens.
Serve food and drinks professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain high standards of table settings and dining area cleanliness.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a wait staff or customer-facing hospitality role.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, polished demeanour.




Strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
