About the Role
n
As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will deliver outstanding workplace experiences in every interaction. This is more than a reception role - you will be central to ensuring seamless daily operations across workplace services.
n
You'll work closely with the National Workplace & Operations Manager and collaborate with facilities, building management, and service vendors to ensure a smooth and professional environment.
n
Key Responsibilities

Front-of-house reception and VIP visitor management
n
n
Access pass and contractor coordination
n
n
Meeting room and event bookings, including catering coordination
n
n
Mail and courier management
n
n
Locker and carpark allocation management
n
n




Reactive maintenance coordination via internal systems
n
n
Weekly OH&S; tenancy floor inspections and reporting
n
n
About You
n
n
n
You'll thrive in this role if you have:

Strong reception, hospitality or customer service experience
n
n
Skilled communication skills (written & verbal)
n
n
Excellent organization and time management
n
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
n
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced corporate environment
n
n
High attention to detail
n
n
Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred but not essential).
