About the role
n The primary function of this role is to manage and grow key national retail accounts, acting as the main point of contact between the business and its retail partners.
n You will be responsible for driving sales performance, identifying growth opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with major retailers across Australia.
The role involves:

Managing key national retail accounts and building robust relationships with buyers and stakeholders
n
Driving sales growth, profitability and brand presence across major retailers
n
Developing and executing strategic business and sales plans
n
Preparing and delivering high-impact sales presentations to retail partners
n
Analysing sales data, trends and performance (POS) to inform decisions and strategy
n
Managing forecasting and working closely with demand and supply teams
n
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding retail footprint
n
Executing in-store activations and promotional strategies
n




Monitoring performance against targets and implementing actions to drive results
n
n
Your Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:
n
n
Proven experience in FMCG, toys or consumer goods sales
n
Strong relationships with major retail accounts and decision-makers
n
Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills
n
Commercially minded with strong analytical and forecasting ability
n
Confident working with sales data, reporting and business planning
n
Proactive, driven and results-focused with a "go-getter" attitude
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
n
