About the role

LG Accounting Solutions is looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team in Innaloo. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working with people and is keen to build their skills in administration and client service.

Previous reception or administration experience is not required. We’re happy to support the right person who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities
Managing client enquiries, correspondence and documentation
Answering the phone and greeting clients
Ensure the office is kept stocked with the necessary consumables to run smoothly
Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining accurate client records
Preparing, sending and following up documents and electronic signatures
Organisation of internal and external events
Appointment setting and confirmation
Maintaining organised records and helping ensure administrative tasks are completed on time
Contributing to improvements in administrative processes and systems

About you




Highly organised with solid attention to detail
Friendly, confident and skilled when communicating with clients
Proactive and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning and using different software
Reliable, approachable and willing to help the wider team
Previous reception, administration or customer service experience would be helpful, but is not essential
Preferred but not required: Experience within an accounting firm or professional services and familiarity with ASIC, the ATO, Xero, FYI or similar systems.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
