About the role

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be closely involved in the day-to-day running of a high-performing sales business. You will work closely with a highly experienced Sales Director who is also one of the area's leading agents, gaining hands-on exposure to every part of the residential sales process while developing your own skills, knowledge and career.

Key responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the client and prospect database
Buyer management and follow-up
Prospecting and lead generation
Assisting with appraisals and listing presentations
Coordinating recent listings and marketing campaigns
Vendor communication and campaign support
Coordinating open homes, private inspections and appointments
Attending open for inspections and auctions
Supporting negotiations and sales activity
Preparing market reports and property information

About you
Experienced in real estate or a similar sales environment
Career-minded and looking to grow within residential sales
Professional, confident and well presented
A strong communicator both written and verbal
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with buyers,



vendors and prospective clients
Proactive and able to work independently
Reliable, accountable and driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales setting
A current Victorian Agent's Representative qualification is essential
