Key Requirements
5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Proven experience delivering IT projects and initiatives within large and complex organisations.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools, and delivery practices.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer scenarios and requirements and translate them into effective business solutions.
Proven experience facilitating workshops and requirements elicitation.
User stories
Acceptance criteria
Business process models
Process maps
Prototypes/design mock-ups
Robust stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

Qualifications
Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Business, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline; or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
Professional Business Analysis certification such as IIBA/CBAP is desirable.




Agile qualifications such as CSPO, Certified ScrumMaster, or Protected Agilist are desirable.

Desirable Experience
Previous experience within the Higher Education sector.
Experience working across a broad range of IT domains and digital projects.
Experience applying Business Analysis practices to support complex project delivery.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders across large enterprise environments.
