Head Barber/Hairdresser

Full time, AUD79,500 + superannuation

We operate professional men’s and boys’ hair salons across the Sydney region, offering quality hairstyling, expert beard grooming, and exact fades tailored to each client’s style and grooming needs.

This excellent prospect will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.

The successful candidate must have:
Team management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management skills A proactive attitude and attention to detail Minimum Certificate III in relevant (Haridressing/barber)field (desirable) At least one year’s work experience in relevant (Haridressing/barber) field

Responsibilities include:
Offer personalised advice on hair care routines, recommend suitable products, and suggest hairstyles tailored to clients' preferences, hair type, and face shape.- Perform treatments to cleanse and nourish hair and scalp, using appropriate products to address individual needs.- Apply hair solutions as requested by clients, ensuring the application aligns with their desired results and hair condition.- Utilise scissors, clippers,



and razors with precision to cut and trim hair according to clients' specifications while also suggesting suitable styles if desired.- Skilfully style hair into various looks to achieve desired appearances based on clients' preferences.- Provide facial hair grooming services such as shaving, trimming, and shaping beards and mustaches, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and hygiene.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by regularly cleaning work areas, sanitizing instruments, and following sterilization protocols to ensure client safety.- Efficiently manage appointments, schedule bookings, and handle client inquiries with exceptional customer service throughout the process.- Collect payments for services rendered, including cash, credit/debit cards, or digital transactions, and issue receipts as required.- If applicable, cut, and style wigs and hairpieces according to clients' preferences, ensuring a natural and flattering appearance.- Lead and train new staff members The benefits:
