We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Retail Manager
to join our Sarina team and play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store.
About the Role n
As Retail Manager, you will help lead the retail operations of the store, support and develop the team, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.
n
This is a
***** hour per week role, working across 4–5 days
, with flexibility around the hours worked. We are open to arrangements that may suit someone looking for
school-hours work, such as approximately 9am–3pm
, or another mutually suitable schedule.
n
The hours and roster can be discussed based on the right candidate and the needs of the store.
What You'll Do n
n
Lead, support and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service
n
Oversee the day-to-day retail operations of the store
n
Help drive sales, promotions and retail performance
n
Maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising and customer experience
n
Monitor stock levels, inventory and product availability
n
Support staff training, development and performance
n
Assist with rostering and team coordination
n
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
n
Ensure the store operates in line with company policies,



procedures and relevant health and safety requirements
n
Work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge and wider store team to achieve the store's goals
n
Identify opportunities to improve the store, team and customer experience
n
What We're Looking For n
We're looking for someone who:

Has previous retail management or leadership experience
n
Is confident leading, supporting and developing a team
n
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
n
Has a genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service
n
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
n
Has good computer and point-of-sale skills
n
Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
n
Is positive, approachable and enjoys being part of a team
n
Is aligned with our values and puts

n

Experience in pharmacy, health, beauty or community retail would be highly regarded, but we are also open to experienced retail leaders from other industries.
