Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
n
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of making clients feel comfortable in your presence.
n
Our focus at Harvey Norman Flooring Oxley is to help every customer with flooring related solutions which best meets their budget and needs.
n
To be successful you must:
n · Have a passion for retail
n · Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
n · Be able to work independently solo as well as in a team environment.
n
What we require:
n · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
n · An interest to learn about Flooring product knowledge such as Carpets,



Timber floors and Vinyl tiles to support customer queries
n · A keen want to learn how to be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home
n · Current drivers license and own mode of transport preferable car is essential
n · Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
n · Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
n · Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
n · Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
