The Role
n Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will partner closely with key operational managers, helping them understand their financial performance and make better-informed business decisions.
n Working across a diverse portfolio of programs and cost centers, your responsibilities will include:
n

Managing month-end reporting across multiple cost centers and programs
n
Analysing financial results and providing clear commentary on budget variances
n
Presenting financial results and insights to operational managers
n
Supporting managers to better understand financial performance and make informed decisions
n
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and revenue accruals
n
Providing ad hoc financial analysis to support operational decision-making
n
Assisting with acquittals and responding to finance-related queries
n
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
n
About You
n




nYou'll be an experienced Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders and can confidently communicate financial information to non-finance managers.n
nYou will ideally bring:n
n
n
Strong management accounting and month-end reporting experience
n
Experience working across multiple cost centres, programs or business units
n
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
n
Confidence partnering with and presenting financial information to operational stakeholders
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
TechnologyOne experience will be highly regarded
n
Previous exposure to not-for-profit, aged care, government grants or acquittals will be advantageous but is not essential
n
