An Italian restaurant and bar in Redfern inspired by New York red-sauce dining, with fresh daily pasta, classic cocktails and nights that unfold slowly.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Helping deliver an amazing guest experience
n
Working closely with the kitchen + team
n
Jumping in where needed during busy services
n
n
Food Runners:
n
n
Running food + drinks and accurately describing dishes at tables
n
Supporting the floor team to ensure smooth service flow
n
n
Waitstaff:
n
n
Managing your own section of tables
n
Taking orders, building guest rapport, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the dining experience
n
n
Bartender:
n
n
Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
n
Maintaining a clean, organised bar and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
n
n
Host:
n
n




Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
n
Managing bookings, waitlists, and guest communication to ensure a seamless arrival experience
n
n
