Australian Venue Co. is looking for experienced hospitality managers to join our growing portfolio across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

We have opportunities for Venue Managers, Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers across a diverse range of pubs, bars and entertainment venues, including flagship locations such as Burleigh Town Hotel, The Cavill Hotel, Lulu's Rooftop and North Byron Hotel .

What we're looking for n
n
n
Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue
n
n
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
n
The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
n
Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
n
n
A hands-on leadership style and passion for great customer experiences
n
n
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other qualifications required for the role and location
n
n
