This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of own brands and partnered brands, with responsibility for developing and curating accessories ranges from initial concept through to final product.The RoleWorking closely with the Category Manager, you will play a key role in shaping seasonal product ranges across accessories, including soft accessories, gifting and jewellery.
You will combine creative product development with strong commercial thinking to ensure each range is relevant to its customer, aligned to the brand and ultimately delivers robust sales and margin.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and curating seasonal product ranges from concept through to completionDesigning unique products and sourcing commercially relevant products to build complete brand collectionsResearching emerging trends, materials, colours, styles and new product opportunitiesDeveloping differentiated ranges that reflect the individual personality and customer of each brandWorking closely with suppliers on product development, samples, custom designs, pricing and executionNegotiating supplier costs to achieve target margins and retail price expectationsCreating and accurately maintaining detailed product range plansSupporting brand presentations, inspiration boards and seasonal range directionMonitoring sales, margins, budgets, KPIs and overall range performanceUsing market,



customer and sales insights to identify opportunities and influence future product developmentWorking closely with the planning team to introduce new product injections throughout the season and keep ranges fresh and relevantCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop broader brand and product strategiesContributing to special projects across accessories, gifting and jewelleryAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is creative, commercially minded and passionate about accessories, with the ability to turn trends and ideas into products that customers want to buy.You will ideally have experience within fashion, accessories, product development, buying, sourcing or retail, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and commercial retail environment.You'll bring:A genuine passion for accessories, fashion and productStrong product development and sourcing experienceAn understanding of trends, materials, styles and customer behaviourStrong commercial and negotiation skills, with an understanding of margins and pricingExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive and solutions-focused approachThe ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative teamProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience with Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopWhy This Opportunity?
