In the role, you will:

Field calls from customers and process sales orders
n
Create sales quotes for customers
n
Build rapport with existing and new customers across the industry sectors
n




Provide product information to customers
n
Update customers on stock supply & delivery timeframes
n

Requirements n
To be successful it is essential that you have internal sales support experience. Experienced putting quotes together, you will have:
n
n
Minimum 1-2 years internal sales support/customer service experience
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Exceptional customer service
n
n
