Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects under the guidance of senior staff.

Support site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Maintain accurate records of project progress and report findings to supervisors.

Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the industry.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction or related field is advantageous.

No prior experience required; however, any exposure to the construction industry is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.

Basic understanding of construction processes and safety practices is desirable.
