Role Overview or JD

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Containerization and Orchestration Engineer to design, build, automate, and manage enterprise-grade container platforms supporting AI/ML, cloud-native, and contemporary application workloads. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Kubernetes,container technologies, DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud platforms. The role will work closely with Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, SRE, DevOps, and AI teams to enable scalable, secure, and automated deployment environments.

Thisaligns with responsibilities such as container platform engineering, container image management, build and deployment automation, orchestration, and application containerization.

Key Responsibilities

Container Platform Engineering

Design, deploy, and manage enterprise Kubernetes platforms.

Manage container orchestration environments across cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Implement container lifecycle management, governance, and operational standards.





Support platform modernization initiatives and application containerisation programs.

Containerization & Modernization

Containerise legacy and up-to-date applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Develop deployment strategies for cloud-native application architectures.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize container performance and scalability.

Define best practices for microservices-based deployments.

CI/CD & Automation

Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.

Automate container image build, test, security scanning, and deployment processes.

Integrate Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) into deployment workflows.

Improve deployment reliability through automation and DevOps practices.

Kubernetes & Orchestration

Manage Kubernetes clusters and associated ecosystem components.

Implement high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery capabilities.

Monitor cluster health, performance, and capacity utilization.

Support workload scheduling, service mesh integration, and scaling strategies.
