Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Train and mentor barista staff in coffee preparation techniques and customer service.

Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of the café workplace.

Create and manage the coffee menu, including seasonal specials and promotions.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
