Are you an experienced aviation training skilled ready to take the lead in a highly regulated defence aviation environment?

As Senior Training Manager, you will have the chance to lead a team of skilled instructional professionals, influence how maintenance training is delivered and play a key role in developing the capability of the PC-21 and B300 programs.

You'll work across training, maintenance, quality and aviation safety, building strong relationships with operational leaders, Defence stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Your expertise will help identify capability gaps, strengthen training outcomes and ensure our people are equipped with the skills they need to perform safely and effectively.

With responsibility across multiple sites, you'll have the scope to make a genuine impact while working within a global aviation organisation and a highly specialised defence workplace.

The successful candidate will be based out of either the RAAF Base East Sale, Victoria operation at the or our operation at the RAAF Base Pearce, Western Australia.
