We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to join our team as a Residential Property Manager.

Previous property management experience is welcome but not essential. This opportunity may suit someone already working in real estate or a motivated individual looking to begin a rewarding career in property management. Full training and support will be provided.

The role includes:
Managing residential properties
Communicating with rental providers and renters
Conducting property inspections
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Preparing leases and other documentation
Managing rent reviews, renewals and arrears
Assisting with recent business and portfolio growth

About you:
Friendly, skilled and confident




Well organised with strong attention to detail
A explicit and effective communicator
Comfortable working in a busy team environment
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Hold a current driver’s licence

A Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice would be an advantage; however, we can assist the right applicant with the required training.
