Description
Developing a complete understanding of key account processes and coating needs.
Develop an understanding of current technology and methodology used for coating evaluation within the ANZ Packaging Group.
Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints through effective laboratory investigation of issues and solutions.
Carry out, under supervision, formulation modifications that will ensure improvements required are achieved to maintain current business (MOB).
Carry out, under supervision, new product development work that will meet the current and future needs of the customers, in ANZ and in Asia.
Work with ANZ team members to provide support for current product range, including order processing,



product shelf-life extensions and technical reports.
Maintenance of laboratory equipment, supplies and general housekeeping.
Maintenance of technical documents as instructed. TDS and SDS.

Qualifications

FORMAL EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years of relevant laboratory experience.
Positive communication and writing skills.
Valuable understanding of Microsoft software.
Positive understanding of databased systems.
Coating related working experience
