Our Kitchen Assistant – Pot Sink volunteer works behind the scenes in the kitchen and is responsible for cleaning the pots and pans.

Their duties include

Wash pot, pans and cooking utensils

Assist kitchen staff as and when required

Keep pot sink and bench area clean and sanitised

Follow all OSH, sanity and health related protocols

Day: Monday

Time: 9.00am - 2.00pm

Reimbursement*: Volunteers depending on the length of their shift will be provided morning tea and Lunch refreshments through our dining hall

Volunteering in the Kitchen is a excellent way to earn experience in a commercial cooking workplace, develop your customer service skills or improve your English.

All necessary Food Safety Training will be provided.
