procedures and security requirementsAssist customers and retailers with enquiries, directions and general assistanceLiaise professionally with Centre Management, retailers, emergency services and contractorsIdentify and report hazards, suspicious behaviour and security risksComplete accurate and timely incident reports and daily activity logsAssist with emergency evacuations, incidents and other emergency situationsMaintain a high standard of professionalism, presentation and conduct at all timesAbout YouWe are looking for people who are reliable, qualified and take pride in providing both security and customer service excellence.You will have:A current NSW Security LicenceCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationPrevious retail security experience highly regarded, but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesA professional presentation and customer-focused approachThe ability to remain calm, alert and professional under pressureStrong observation skills and the ability to respond appropriately to incidentsA reliable and punctual approach to workFlexibility to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidaysThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWhy Securecorp?
