you'll never be bored — every day brings new experiences, different teams to support, and opportunities to make an impact across our services.
You'll travel between services, stepping in where support is needed most, leading teams, maintaining high-quality program delivery, and creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting services with daily operations and leadership coverageLeading and mentoring teams of EducatorsDelivering engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activitiesManaging compliance, safety, and operational standardsBuilding positive relationships with children, families, schools, and team membersSupporting services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomesAssisting with roster management, administration, and program planningYou will be working across the following services: GriffinEarnshawMango HillNorthgateKipp-RingBounty BoulevardQualificationsAbout YouYou are a confident and adaptable leader who enjoys supporting teams and creating meaningful experiences for children.To be successful in this role, you will have:Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQAExperience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, education, or a similar environmentNational Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko) Strong communication and relationship-building skillsA current and valid Working with Children CheckA current driver's licence and willingness to travel between servicesAvailability to work split shifts Monday to FridayAustralian work rightsA passion for creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for childrenAdditional InformationAt Junior Adventures Group, child safety and child safeguarding principles are our top priorities.
