this role provides a strong foundation for a successful engineering career.What We OfferExposure to diverse engineering disciplines and projectsStructured training and professional developmentMentorship from highly experienced engineers and industry specialistsCompetitive salary packageCareer progression opportunities within GBI and the broader Johnson Controls networkA collaborative and supportive team environmentAbout the RoleDue to continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our Brunswick-based team.Working closely with experienced Engineers, Project Managers, and Service Teams, you'll play an important role in supporting the design, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of industrial refrigeration solutions for leading Australian businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with engineering calculations and refrigeration system design.Support the preparation of estimates, tenders, and project proposals.Evaluate existing refrigeration systems and identify improvement opportunities for clients.Participate in project management activities, including procurement, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and project administration.Assist with cost control and successful project delivery.Contribute to risk assessments, safety planning, and compliance activities.Develop knowledge of Australian and international engineering standards and ensure adherence across projects.Prepare engineering drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.Conduct site inspections, engineering audits,
