We’re looking for a reliable and organised Mail & Courier Officer to manage the collection, delivery and distribution of mail, parcels and confidential correspondence across multiple locations. This is a varied role combining driving, courier services and administration.

Key Responsibilities
Complete scheduled mail and courier collections and deliveries
Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
Safely handle confidential, sensitive and registered correspondence
Record and track mail, parcels and deliveries using electronic systems
Maintain accurate records and complete filing, data entry and general administration
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate deliveries

About You
Current driver licence and a safe driving record
Reliable,



punctual and well organised
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Confident following procedures and security protocols
Clear and skilled communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Previous courier, mailroom, logistics or administration experience will be highly regarded
