Next Generation Pallets located in St Marys is a family-owned Australian company specialising in the construction of pallets and crates. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join our team on a part time basis. Hours and days are open to discussion.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Owner, the HR Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Using your previous experience, you will develop and review policies and Standard Operating Procedures as well as maintaining training records.

Maintaining accurate employee records and administering HR systems will be a critical part of this role. Management of databases and licence validation, as well as assisting with the performance management, incident investigations and grievance management.

Return to work qualifications as experience is essential for this role.



Using your previous knowledge and experience you will be responsible for developing Return to Work plans for injured workers and monitoring and managing any Workers Compensation claims.

To be successful candidates will require;

· Minimum of 2 years previous HR experience

· A qualification in Human Resources

· Return to Work Coordinator qualifications

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Solid Microsoft Office Skills

· Previous experience in a factory setting would be advantageous

· Robust communication skills

Candidates must be living in Australia to be considered for this role.

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
