About the Role:

n

A high‐profile Federal Government program is seeking multiple experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineers to support implementing, managing and retiring the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Manage allocated resources, set work priorities, and oversee workflows to meet timeframes and quality standards.
n
Lead installation projects, providing effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
n
Develop and implement ICT systems administration policies, strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Apply technical expertise across hardware, software, and infrastructure relevant to systems administration.
n




Support capability delivery and ICT operations through robust change management and customer service skills.
n

n

Technical Skills & Experience:

n

n
Demonstrated experience with the design, installation and de-installation of large and/or complex systems.
n
Demonstrated experience in the analysis and reporting of service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
n
Demonstrated experience in the creation and/or maintenance of issue resolution/disaster recovery plans and the testing of said plans.
n
Demonstrated experience in problem root cause analysis and the ability to initiate appropriate mitigation/resolution strategies.
