Job DescriptionOverview We are currently seeking a Senior or Principal Nuclear Safety Engineer, as we gear up for future workloads and current project wins.
Based from either Adelaide or Sydney, you will work alongside talented colleagues across all disciplines in providing safety case leadership, support and delivery.
Supported by a mature global team, the successful candidate will benefit from guidance and experience of technical leads from other parts of the global business to grow the Australian business.Your roleWe want you to help us deliver the most significant defence-related programs across Australia.
You will be involved with all aspects of safety case support, including:Shaping the nuclear safety case strategy.Collaborate with diverse customers and stakeholders to deliver engineering solutionsContribute to the development of complex project proposals and participate in the process of securing new business opportunities or expanding the scope of existing projects.Provide Engineering support for design, construction and maintenance of defence platforms and infrastructure inline with stakeholder requirements and timeframes.Forecast monitor and report upon engineering performance and to identify and mitigate technical and project risks.Working closely with project partners to ensure a safety informed design.Undertaking safety assessments and safety analysis.Producing safety reports and other technical documents.Managing/Leading Safety Case activities and teams.About youYou have a proven track record in safety,
