What you will do?
Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production settingFollow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standardsExecute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentationMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen areaConduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
