Description
Responsibilities
Manage financial reporting compliance for ASX listed entities, including-
Preparation of IFRS/AASB compliant financial statements, i.e. annual and half year reports for ASX listed entities, including Appendix 4D and 4E where applicable
Manage audit process and function between clients and external auditors to ensure timely completion to meet ASX and ASIC deadlines
Preparation of client's month end accounts, including appropriate balance sheet reconciliation, P&L; analysis, and cash flow statements
Preparation of Finance Reports for client Board meetings
Manage client's tax functions and compliance obligations, including payroll tax, FBT, BAS/GST
Prepare and update budgets, review accounts payable, manage creditor process
Assist with processing of payments, optimise term deposits, and manage other banking requirements




Assist with technical accounting issues and position papers
Work collaboratively with other accountants, company secretaries, client's team members
