Job DescriptionWelcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve meals and drinks promptly.Share your knowledge of our menu and recommend dishes, wines and beverages.Assist guests with dietary requirements and communicate requests clearly to the kitchen team.Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffee, wine, beer and basic cocktails.Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with a positive, helpful attitude.Set up, transparent and reset tables,



keeping dining and service areas clean and organised.Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system.Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly.Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible service of alcohol requirements.QualificationsPrevious customer service or hospitality experienceYour Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateThe ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekendsGreat communication skills, presentation and confidence to engage with guestsA passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling itemsA calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environmentA team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B; operations during peak timesAdditional InformationWhat is in it for you?
