Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
n
1. Assisting in creating, tracking, updating pursuits on vantage point & DMS share point.
n 2. Following up approvals with all stakeholders and tracking any pending action with proposal team.
n 3. Updating / Creating recent client records on vantage point.
n 4. Updating weekly RC file.
n 5. Keeping information register up to date.
n 6. Initiating pursuits word file and estimation sheet draft version asper the initial information came from sales team.
n 7. Preparing Pursuits package for validation (making sure all relevant documents and processes have been followed)
n 8. Scheduling hand over meetings to the execution team and assisting in preparation of any required documentations.
n




Required Qualifications
n Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
n Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
n Ability to learn and communicate information effectively.
n Strong written communication, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
n Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
n Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
n Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
n Preferred Qualifications
n None.
