What you will do?
Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area Conduct temperature and quality checks, effectively managing cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organised and efficient workspace Take on hands-on cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, waste disposal and management, operating a commercial dishwasher,



and handling cleaning chemicals Execute food preparation tasks within a commercial kitchen environment, showcasing excellent food presentation skills
More about you
Previous experience in a sandwich hand or kitchenhand, preferredFood Safety CertificatePassion and enthusiasm for working in a rapid-paced environmentFlexible availability across a 7-day roster, working the evening shiftThe application period will close on 08/10/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
