With our 146 guest rooms we are the basecamp four our guests urban adventures.
We are currently seeking part time Night Auditor to join our team.What You'll Be DoingRoll out the red carpet of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from check-in to check-outConfidant in communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaborationConquer challenges alongside guests, transforming dilemmas into success storiesPromote hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offeringsBe the local legend, sharing information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems from your treasure trove of knowledgeDisplay proficiency in accurately handling reservations and managing guest accountsEnsure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.Undertake the daily reconciliation of the Hotel's trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits,
and collating the necessary paperwork for departures.Prepare and distribute relevant reports to relevant departments.Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guest details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.Maximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.Attending to guests' requests efficiently and effectively to ensure total customer satisfaction.QualificationsYour skills and experience include:Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is a valuable assetInnovative approach to exceeding customer service expectationsSkilled at collaborating within teams, as well as working independentlyProven ability to multi task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skillsProficiency in both written and verbal communicationAvailable to work a variety of shifts including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays as requiredValid Australian working rightsAdditional InformationWhat's In It For You
