About the role:
n
As Customer Service & Sales Support team member, you will play an important part in delivering a smooth customer experience and supporting day-to-day sales activity. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with customers, staying organised in a quick-moving environment, and contributing to a team that values service and follow-through.

What you will be responsible for:
n
n
Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
n
Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and confirm stock availability.
n
Build strong customer relationships through responsive internal sales support.
n
n
Requirements
n

n
The role is ideally full-time, but we're open to considering a part-time arrangement (4 days per week) for the right candidate.
n

n




Experience supporting customers across phone, email, and face-to-face channels.
n
Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade counter support.
n
Knowledge of metals, building products, or industrial distribution.
n
Knowledge of aluminium and stainless steel products.
n
