Are you an experienced
BASE24-eps Lead
with strong expertise in
payment switching, card transactions, ATM/POS acquiring and EFT systems
?
n We are looking for a skilled professional to design, develop, customize and support
BASE24-eps payment applications
in a high-volume banking and payments environment.
n Key Responsibilities
n • Design, develop, customize and maintain
BASE24-eps payment applications
n • Configure and support
ATM, POS, E-commerce and Payment Gateway
transaction processing
n • Develop custom payment workflows using
BASE24-eps scripting and APIs
n • Build and support interfaces with
Visa, Mastercard, domestic payment networks and host banking systems
n • Configure and support
authorization, routing, switching, settlement and reconciliation
n • Implement
EMV, contactless and card payment enhancements
n • Troubleshoot production issues and perform
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
for transaction failures
n • Provide support in
24x7 production environments
n • Support system
upgrades, migrations and new payment implementations
n • Participate in
code reviews, testing, deployment and production releases




n • Collaborate with
Business Analysts, Architects, QA and Infrastructure teams
n • Ensure high availability, security and performance of payment systems
n • Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures and support guides

12+ years
of payment domain experience
n ✅ Minimum
10 years of hands-on BASE24-eps experience
n ✅ Banking / Financial Services experience
n ✅ Experience supporting
high-volume payment transaction systems
n ✅ Strong understanding of the
end-to-end card transaction lifecycle
n ✅ Production Support, Incident Management & Problem Management experience
