nWhat You'll Be Doing n

Client Relations:
Be the main point of contact for our amazing clients. You'll build strong relationships and ensure they're always in the loop on their campaigns and performance.

Campaign Management:
Manage digital marketing campaigns from start to finish. From planning to execution, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly and achieves the best results.

Collaboration:
Work closely with our specialist teams to deliver kick-ass campaigns that leave a mark.
n

Reporting & Insights:




Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance and gather insights to help optimise future strategies.
n
n
Problem Solving:
Handle any challenges that come your way and ensure clients are always happy. Think of yourself as the superhero of client satisfaction!

nWhat We're Looking For n

Experience:
1-4 years of account management experience in digital marketing (we love a bit of hands-on knowledge!).

n
Communication Skills:
You're a pro at keeping clients informed and engaged while building lasting relationships.

Project Management:
You can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a boss (without breaking a sweat!)
n
n
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Facebook Ads Manager.

Problem Solver:
You thrive on finding creative solutions to client needs and challenges.

Team Player:
You'll work closely with others, but you can also take the lead when necessary.
