What You'll Do

Answer trade and retail calls about automotive components

Provide advice, quotes and technical guidance on repair and remanufacturing options
n
Support customers with job tracking, warranty queries and diagnostic information
n
Liaise with workshop technicians and the repair lab to ensure a smooth turnaround
n
Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up on open jobs

About You n
n

n
Background in automotive repair, diagnostics or auto electrical work
n
Experience as a mechanic or service advisor would be highly regarded

Strong technical understanding of contemporary vehicle systems
n
Confident and professional phone manner with a genuine interest in helping customers
n
Positive attention to detail and comfortable working in a quick-paced technical environment
