nThe Rolen
nWe are currently seeking an Restaurant Manager to join the senior team at Centennial Homestead. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will have the capability to manage and lead the team, ensure the smooth operational workflow of the front of house, back of house and most importantly be “the face” of the business and ensure our customers and clients have a rewarding and memorable dining experience.n
nIdeally you will have come from a similar venue within a background in a multi-disciplined, creative hospitality company and thrive on taking the lead to get things done.



You excel at dealing with operational challenges in a tightly resourced setting and the people issues that comes with this business. n

n1 years’ experience in a managerial rolen
nAble to work five days per week – Monday to Sundayn
nMust have outgoing personalityn
nExperience in training and guiding staff membersn
nExceptional grooming and pride in presentationn
nEasy access to public transport for occasional early starts and regular late finishesn
