We are seeking a Client Partner - Banking and Financial Services in Sydney. You will grow trusted relationships across Australian banking clients, shape prospects and turn business needs into explicit proposals and delivery roadmaps. You will partner with delivery leaders across digital transformation, data and AI, cloud and platform modernization to build long-term value.

Responsibilities
Build and grow executive relationships across banking and financial services clients in Australia
Create account plans, relationship maps and growth priorities aligned to client goals
Identify, qualify and progress opportunities, owning pipeline, forecasting and governance
Shape solutions with delivery teams, translating needs into proposals and outcomes-based programs
Position capabilities across digital transformation, customer experience, data and AI, cloud and platform modernization
Own commercial rhythm including renewals, contract governance and risk management
Maintain solid client satisfaction through proactive engagement, delivery alignment and issue resolution
Represent the organization in client forums and selected industry events

Requirements
Experience in account management, business development or project delivery within technology services,



consulting or outsourcing
Track record of consultative, solution-led selling or influencing growth within existing accounts
Managing a portfolio of USD 3 Million – USD 4 Million
Understanding of how technology delivery works, including basic DevOps and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) concepts
Banking and financial services exposure, including stakeholder landscapes and common priorities (preferred but not mandatory)
Confidence engaging executive stakeholders through presentations, proposals and negotiations
Commercial acumen across pipeline management, forecasting and contract governance
Ability to connect client business problems to technology or consulting solutions and practical roadmaps
Clear communication and comfort working with distributed, cross-functional teams

Nice to have
Exposure to data and artificial intelligence (AI) programs, cloud migration or core platform modernization in financial services
Familiarity with request for proposal (RFP) processes, basic revenue planning and negotiation fundamentals
Experience working with cross-location or global delivery models
