We're hiring a Customer Service Representative for a high-performing team that values top performance, self-motivation, and the willingness to do what it takes to be the best. We focus on delivering results and ensuring every customer issue is resolved with the highest level of dedication and care.

As the face of Duo Group, you will:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Assist clients with enquiries relating to tax depreciation schedules, property valuation reports, and our range of services.
Build strong customer relationships by providing accurate information and resolving enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate customer records, contribute to process improvements, and consistently meet service standards and team KPIs.





What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service/sales.
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, accountable attitude with a willingness to learn and thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
Confidence communicating with a diverse range of customers and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
