Your duties will include:
Primary weed removal across riparian and bushland areas
Identify and remove invasive and priority weed species
Conduct weed control using manual, chemical and mechanical methods
Riparian area regeneration and rehabilitation works
Native planting and revegetation of degraded areas




Encourage and support natural native plant recruitment
Safely use hand tools, brush cutters, sprayers, herbicides and machinery
Monitor vegetation health, weed growth and regeneration progress
Follow environmental legislation, safety procedures and council requirements
Maintain accurate records of works completed and herbicide use

To be successful in this role, you might have:
A Current Drivers’ licence and own transport
National Police Check
White Card (required or willing to obtain)
Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or Bachelors (Highly Desirable)
